SUMMARY: "Lara Jean didn’t expect to really fall for Peter. She and Peter were just pretending. Except suddenly they weren’t. Now Lara Jean is more confused than ever. When another boy from her past returns to her life, Lara Jean’s feelings for him return too. Can a girl be in love with two boys at once?

In this charming and heartfelt sequel to the New York Times bestseller To All the Boys I've Loved Before, we see first love through the eyes of the unforgettable Lara Jean. Love is never easy, but maybe that’s part of what makes it so amazing." (Adapted from Goodreads)

REVIEW: I read “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before” last year when Netflix released the movie adaptation of Jenny Han’s beloved novel. I loved the book and committed (in my mind at least) to finishing out the trilogy in the months to come. Well… the months passed… and Netflix proved to beat me at the race of “who can get around to Jenny Han’s second book faster.” Spoiler alert: Netflix won.

So, in my most recent experience of #NetflixMadeMeDoIt , I picked up “P.S. I Still Love You” and my dear Laura Jean, the jury is in… I still love you! Your goofy love triangles forever bring me joy.

★ Jenny Han’s sophomore follow up to “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before” isn’t as stellar as the original, but it is a fun and enjoyable continuation of Laura Jean Covey’s quirky life. ★ Where it was lacking in plot context (definitely read these books in order) and variation in conflict (from the first novel), it shined in giving me the ability to even more deeply fall in love with LJ as a literary friend.

I will absolutely be reading the third novel and will definitely continue to recommend the series to friends. Especially ones who need a good giggle.

Overall, a heartwarming series with really fantastic movie adaptations.

SENSITIVITY WARNINGS: Online bullying, talk of teenage sex, loss of a parent.
